By using the Site, you agree NOT to use the Site in any way that violates any applicable laws, engage in conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Site, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OMNITY LABS INC., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site;
• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Omnity Labs Inc. and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Site, or a breach of these Terms.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the corporate Site shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in New Jersey, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

9. Class Action Waiver

You and Omnity Labs Inc. agree that any proceedings to resolve or litigate any dispute will be conducted solely on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and change the "Last Updated" date at the top. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
